kvi8 Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the kvi8 platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the kvi8 platform and all its services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Definitions & Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

  • "Platform" means the kvi8 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
  • "User" or "You" means any person who holds a registered account on the kvi8 platform or uses the platform.
  • "kvi8" means the organisation that operates this platform.
  • "Account" means a user's registered profile.
  • "Services" means all gaming, betting, and entertainment features provided through the kvi8 platform.
  • "Bonus" means welcome bonuses, cashback, and other promotional benefits offered by kvi8.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the kvi8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • You must be at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
  • You must register an account with accurate and truthful information.
  • Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in account termination.
  • You must play in your own name and with your own funds. Playing on behalf of or as a representative of another person is not permitted.
  • You must not reside in any area where online gaming is legally prohibited.

kvi8 may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

Account Registration & Security

During account registration, you must provide your correct name, phone number, and contact details. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of associated funds.

  • Keep your login credentials (password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.
  • The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, notify kvi8 support immediately.
  • For security purposes, you are advised to change your password regularly.

kvi8 uses SSL encryption and modern security technology to protect your personal and financial information. However, kvi8 is not liable for any loss resulting from a user's own negligence.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported on the kvi8 platform:

  • bKash, Nagad, Rocket — mobile banking methods.
  • Bank Transfer — major Bangladeshi commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for all methods.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 1 hour of a successful request.

For financial transactions, the account holder must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted and such transactions may be cancelled.

Before processing a withdrawal request, kvi8 may request documents to verify identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

kvi8 provides various bonuses and promotional benefits to its users. The following terms apply when accepting a bonus:

Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳8,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

Wagering requirement: Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit).

  • Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus may be cancelled. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.

kvi8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

VIP Programme & Loyalty Benefits

kvi8's VIP programme has four tiers. You can gradually move up to higher tiers through regular play:

  • Bronze tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver tier: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold tier: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum tier: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is credited to your account at a set time each week. The cashback amount depends on your gaming activity during that week. kvi8 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme terms at any time, and account holders will be notified of any changes in due course.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kvi8 platform:

  • Playing games or attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent, unlawful, or dishonest means.
  • Using software bots, automated scripts, or other artificial means to play.
  • Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
  • Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the platform.
  • Coordinating with other users to defraud the platform.
  • Opening or operating an account using a false identity.

If any of the above prohibited activities are found, kvi8 reserves the right to immediately terminate the relevant account and forfeit funds. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Fair Play & Gaming Integrity

kvi8 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcome of all games on our platform is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

  • All game outcomes are completely impartial and are not predetermined.
  • kvi8 does not interfere with the outcome of any game.
  • RTP (Return to Player) and volatility are determined by the respective game providers.
  • If you suspect any irregularity in a game outcome, please contact the support team.

If a game outcome is affected by a technical error, kvi8 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount.

Account Suspension & Termination

kvi8 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of the Terms.
  • Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
  • Failure to complete identity verification.
  • Attempting to access the platform from a prohibited area.
  • At the user's own request.

If any valid balance remains at the time of account termination, kvi8 will arrange to return those funds where applicable following an investigation. However, funds may be forfeited if the account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

kvi8 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Game losses caused by internet disconnection.
  • Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
  • Temporary service disruption due to technical errors — however, kvi8 will make efforts to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Issues caused by delays from third-party payment providers.
  • Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from gaming.

Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries financial risk. kvi8 does not guarantee winnings.

Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process

If you have any dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:

  • First, raise the matter through kvi8's 24/7 live chat support.
  • If unresolved, send a detailed email to [email protected].
  • After receiving a complaint, kvi8 will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
  • While an investigation is ongoing, please retain detailed records of the relevant transaction or game.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kvi8 platform — logos, graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the intellectual property of kvi8. Reproduction, distribution, or use for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Game software and content are owned by the respective game providers and are used under their own licensing terms.

Changes to Terms & Contact
